We recently moved back to the Lehigh Valley from out of state with our two cats, and The Allentown Cat Clinic made the entire transition effortless. Their communication was outstanding—clear, timely, and helpful through phone calls, emails, and text messages. They even handled the legwork of obtaining our cats’ medical records from out of state. The clinic is easy to locate with convenient parking, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. The facility is clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed to be comfortable for both cats and their people. Pricing is fair, with no pressure or upselling—just honest, collaborative discussions about treatment options. You and your cat are truly in excellent hands here.

My cat Bart had multiple seizures yesterday. I called the Allentown Cat Clinic and set up an appointment. As well as sending them an email of one of her seizures. The day of the appointment the roads and traffic were bad due to weather and I called and informed them I would be a few minutes late and was told by the receptionist over the phone it would be okay. Upon arriving and checking in I was instead told my only option was to come back at 11 30 for a new appointment. They were incredibly flipping about it and dismissive of any of the complaints about that or the concerns for my cat who had quite literally had multiple seizures and they were now telling me to come back later???? I will personally never be coming back here if this is how they treat customers and pets
