We are so grateful to Dr. Lopresto and the entire staff for the wonderful care they gave Sashi over the years. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication — especially with her skin treatments — helped keep our sweet girl comfortable and happy for so long. We will always be thankful for the care they gave Sashi and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate specialized veterinary team.

Took my dog Blu for what I thought was allergies. Dr Depew almost immediately thought it wasn’t allergies but rather mange. After skin tests it was confirmed he had sarcoptic mange. I was obviously super upset because I had taken Blu off his simparica trio for the winter months because I figured he couldn’t get fleas or ticks. I was wrong in my thinking because Simparica Trio wouldn’t have prevented the mange as well. Dr Depew was so kind and reassured me it wasn’t my fault but I knew it was because of the decision I made. All I can say is they were all so kind and assured me this could be treated. When I returned 4 weeks later after following their instructions to the T Blu was totally free of the mange!! I hope I never have to go back but if I do PADS would be my first choice!!! I will never want to go through this again. It was horrible for all of us. So remember never take your pets off the preventative flea & tick medicine. There was a reason my vet told me to keep Blu on all year long. We are never too old to learn lessons!! Thank you so much PADS and Dr Depew!!!

Had appointment with dr Jen, about option for surgeon. She chose not to see his results,cause they use different portal,so I brought mine for her to review,which she didn’t. Results of biopsy came back week later,sent me message about discussing them. On Monday she called me,I ask if she could reply via portal, she stated that she couldn’t directly. All I wanted was sometime show surgeon their finds(which were identical to his). This makes for POOR COMMUNICATION thru them.
