We missed an appointment and was charged $25.00 I can live with that. And will pay that wanted to make a grooming appointment now they require prepayment for grooming and vet visits will be pulling my dogs records and going someplace else. Dr Karen is a great vet and very passionate about the animals she cares for but this policy sucks

Called to be a new patient and Meagan kept me on the phone for 25 minutes to say they're not accepting new patients. Ridiculous service why would you keep me on the phone for twenty five minutes to tell me, you're not taking new patients, after seeing all the one star reviews, I'm glad!!!

****** HILARIOUS UPDATE****** The prescription food they had gave my cat that he was on for almost a whole year was DIGESTIVE food when he was having URINARY issues. I took it upon MYSELF rather than these IDIOTS to put him on the prescription urinary cat food and hasn’t had any issues. He’s not blocking anymore or having crystal issues now after getting a second opinion at a vet where they genuinely care for the animals, he’s diagnosed with FIC and not the BS they were telling me and causing my cat by having him on the wrong food and the meds prescribing that he “ wasn’t “ supposed to be on that they kept giving him for the blocking and taking my money for these pills Karen told me he wasn’t supposed to be on yet she was still prescribing them. Called around a few vets and turns out anyone that’s worked here before absolutely hated it & knows exactly how they are here. Been taking my cat here for a year now almost 2 and has NEVER had urinary issues until getting neutered here at this vet. I’ve always been wary of this vet especially after seeing even a review about a ladies cat being spayed here & dying 10 days later due to bacterial infection. Well my cat he gets neutered and soon after started experiencing urinary issues, been buying meds that they specifically told me and my boyfriend that if we couldn’t afford the surgery that he would be able to be on these meds for the rest of his life. AGAIN I was told this AND my boyfriend was told this, just for us to go again and again because once again the cat is having the same issue he’s been having that they told us would only take 90 days of medicine. JUST FOR HER TO TELL US SHE DID A “GOOGLE SEARCH” and now we actually aren’t supposed to be giving the cat these meds and it can cause long term issues. SHE SAYS SHE HAD ALREADY TOLD US HE WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE MEDS LONG TERM THEN WAS STILL ALLOWING PRESCRIPTIONS FOR IT? On top of that she lies to both of us and says “she never said google” when me and my boyfriend both said that she did infact say that she got super defensive and nasty. There is no way to reach her directly, you call the office everyone gives you a different response, Then I tell her I did a google search of my own and it specifically says that this problem can happen from the neutering she gets defensive and says i’m being argumentative. All I did was ask questions and give her, her nasty attitude right back & she eventually then stormed out of the room! If I could give it 0 stars I would. All the staff are stuck up and miserable never talking about anything work related . Didn’t even CHECK MY CAT AT ALL just walked in the room telling us he needed surgery and saying she told us all of this before .. AFTER TELLING US THE CAT WILL BE OKAY N HAVE TO BE ON MEDS FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE now .. also instead of taking accountability for blatanly lying in both of our faces she completely deflected and made a rude remark about my boyfriend that had absolutely NOTHING to do with my pets health. If you love your pets don’t bring them here. Not welcoming AT ALL .. NEVER AGAIN. Dr.Hess btw!!
