I see the negative reviews and just don’t understand. They have one Vet taking care of all of their clients, of course there is going to be longer than normal wait times for appointments. Dr. Fussleman is outstanding and worth the wait. She diagnosis problems accurately and operates with a noticeable level of care. I highly recommend them and so so do our cats!

I had been taking my dog here and in the beginning I loved it, the doctors were great, the services were great, a little pricey but the convenience of it being so closed to where I was living made up for it. Flash forward to 2021 We’ve moved an hour away but stay with this place for our doctor but it’s become the complete opposite. My dogs sick, I can’t get an appointment, I’m told “take him to the ER” so what? I can spend even more of my money and take time away from pets having actual emergencies? I don’t think so. Poor planning. Doctor never available. Dr. Fussellman is incredible, but can never been seen unless booked out months in advance which just isn’t realistic. Pets get sick, there should be open apts left for such reasons. After waiting for weeks and an apt cancellation I got my dog in, they don’t tell me to bring a urine sample, but after my visit they tell me I need one and it needs to be first pee of the day.. again I now live an hour away so not ideal but I do it. I call and check in after making the time .. they NEVER send my dog’s sample so it goes completely to waste and expected me to make another 2 hour round trip for their services. RIDICULOUS. Then today I call because my interceptor was on pause, which I had been getting every six months from chewy with their sign off, I try to call in… ring and ring ring no answer, I called THREE times until someone answers only to tell me “we no longer do that” I am completely outraged by this establishment at this point. Do not waste your time. Just don’t. Even when we would get to our appointments THAT WERE SCHEDULED we’d show up early 15 minutes to check in and they were “always backed up or running late” and we would sit for hours.
